Instructions
Chop the onion and crush the garlic.
Preheat a pan on low to medium heat. Add the oil, livers, onion, garlic, garlic powder and salt.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until livers are browned and cooked through. Stir occasionally and place the lid on the pan between stirring. Add a splash of water if needed to prevent the livers from sticking and burning.
Add the chilli flakes and cook for a further 4-5 minutes adding a splash more water if required
Notes
Serving suggestion: with rice or nsima and dark green veg
